Counseling Sessions
I provide online individual counseling sessions via a HIPAA compliant video platform. Typically, sessions are weekly or bi-weekly (every other week). Before scheduling your first session, I provide a free 20-minute consultation. During the consultation, we will discuss what brings you to counseling, and I can address any questions you may have regarding the counseling process. It's a no-pressure way to see if we would be a good match for working together.

Clinical Supervision
As a LPC board approved supervisor in Texas, I provide individual supervision services to LPC Associates. I also provide supervision to associates interested in opening their private practice.

Speaking Engagements
I am currently an Associate Professor in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and have over a decade experience as a counselor educator. I am passionate about providing mental health resources and workshops to small groups, community events, or private organizations. My research and publications have focused on culturally affirming counseling. I can also provide talks on burnout and grief support.

In alignment with this mission, I am committed to offering 30% of our session slots to clients who are experiencing financial need. I understand that seeking help can be challenging, and I want to remove financial barriers that may prevent individuals from getting the support they deserve.
